Non-Binary People’s Day Video Project

On Non-Binary People's Day, non-binary presenter Shivani Davey asks people in the City of London what they think about the term non-binary for the Gender Inclusion Network.

Non-Binary Day Video Project

International Non-Binary People’s Day takes place every year on 14th July.

This annual awareness event celebrates non-binary people and raises awareness of the challenges they face.

Mediorite were invited to produce a video for GIN (Gender Inclusion Network) partnered with LINK (LGBTQ+ Insurance Network) for the day. These organisations are committed to making the insurance industry inclusive for all, regardless of gender or orientation.

On behalf of LINK and GIN, non-binary presenter Shivani took to London’s streets in the heart of the City on Non-Binary Day to understand city workers’ views on gender pronouns.

40 years ago we wouldn't be having this conversation at all. It is a spectrum. In those days it was like looking through a keyhole. Now we've got a panorama window.

Gender inclusion in insurance

LINK & GIN want to help create an inclusive insurance industry where everyone can be their true selves, with non-binary, trans, and cisgender people coming together as professionals.

LINK and GIN ask their colleagues in the insurance market to be open and mindful of all genders, and to nurture an inclusive culture.
