We have been working with a number of clients on their I&D campaigns recently, including Global insurance firm Gallagher, who approached us to work on the concept for a film around disability in the workplace.
Specifically Gallagher wanted to work with a social enterprise who could talk authentically about disabilities, visible and hidden in a short scripted film. We ensured senior roles on the creative team and cast members were from the disabled community as well as creating paid assisting roles on set for diverse young people. Here is the behind the scenes film of our crew on set.
